Last year I hand-sewed a chakra wall hanging using felt. It was a lot of fun. I plan to make more someday, including a bird one and elephant one. There are so many possible variations, both in color schemes and shapes.
(Art print is by Julie Bernier of Earth Angel Arts in Maine)
I used pink thread to connect all the chakra pieces together because I like to think of pink as the missing color that ties the root (red) and crown (violet) chakras together, making it more of a continuous concept rather than linear. I also used gray beads in between the chakras to represent the blending of male and female energies.

I am currently working on a new style of chakra macrame wall hanging. To see my older chakra macrame styles, visit this post: https://gracienoon.com/2019/11/01/crystal-chakras/
